Abstract
The purposes of the supervisory control and data acquisition of Virgin coconut oil factory by using wireless control system project were 1) to develop sensor nodes in sensor systems and process control by using the wireless sensor network in cold-pressed coconut oil plant. 2) to develop a model for routing in sensor systems and process control by using a wireless sensor network in cold-pressed coconut oil plant. 3) to develop information systems on the Internet to support the measurement and control in the cold pressed coconut oil factory. 4) to find the efficiency of the information systems on the Internet to support the measurement and control of cold pressed coconut oil plant. The processes of research were the procedures of development of sensor nodes in sensor systems, development of routing in sensor systems by using wireless communication, development of information systems on the Internet and its efficiency for support the monitoring and control of cold pressed coconut oil plant. The results of research shown : 1) the sensor nodes consisted of interfacing circuits, power circuit and wireless communication module 2) the routing of sensor node using WDS (Wireless Distribution System) to control the entire production process also scraping, drying, extraction, filtration and filling. 3) The information system on local area network (LAN) and the InterNet can access the system and including the performance of the system is defined.
