ABSTRACT

                This research was clarified for development of Chinese Chive (Allium tuberosum Rottler) production technology on greenhouse system and improving high yield and quality of Chinese Chive. The experiment was conducted ; the study for support production factors of Chinese Chive on greenhouse system ; the development production technology on greenhouse system and the appropriate technology for technology transfer to farmers. The results showed that,

  1. The quantity products of Chinese Chive was not a significantly different among nutrient effects. In contrast, nutrient effected to quality products of Chinese Chive such as, percentage of crude fibers and to break.
  2. A prototype greenhouse was designed and constructed to produce Chinese Chive. It can be produce Chinese Chive efficiency as good.
  3. One crop cycle of White Chinese Chive were used 60 days of timing, green Chinese Chive were used 45 days and to alternated with White Chinese Chive were used 45 days. It can be to produce Chinese Chive about 4-6 crops per year.
  4. This yields of Chinese Chive under greenhouse conditions less than normal condition production.
  5. The farmers accepted Chinese Chive production technology on greenhouse system because it’s easy, convenience and non use many labours. But the most farmers have to be worry about investment and to be worth.
